Todas las personas firmantes del articulo deberán haber participado en su planificación, diseño y ejecución, así como en el análisis de los resultados. Además, revisaron críticamente el texto, aprobaron la versión final y autorizaron su publicación. Las y los autores deberán indicar su nombre, institución a la que pertenecen y también una dirección de correo electrónico. Además de estos datos, se recomienda la inclusión del código ORCID.

Para mencionar a las personas que no figuran como autores pero que han prestado colaboración para la producción del trabajo se incluirá, antes de la bibliografía, un apartado de agradecimientos.

Si la redacción del estudio ha contado con fuentes de financiación se deberá indicar el organismo financiador y el código de identificación de la ayuda en una nota inicial no numerada cuya llamada será un asterisco volado al final del título.

Las y los autores del texto informaran de los vínculos comerciales, financieros o instituciones que pudieran tener intereses relacionados con el trabajo propuesto.

La Asociación de Archiveros de Castilla y León no asume ninguna responsabilidad por las opiniones o juicios vertidos en los artículos por sus autores.

Además de estos requisitos quienes envíen una propuesta deben cumplir las especificaciones relativas a la autoría que se detallan en nuestro Código Ético <https://publicaciones.acal.es/tabula/Etico> para garantizar la integridad y transparencia del proceso de publicación, así como el reconocimiento adecuado de la contribución de cada autor.

All authors of the article must have participated in its planning, design, and execution, as well as in the analysis of the results. In addition, they must have critically reviewed the text, approved the final version, and authorized its publication. Authors must indicate their name, institutional affiliation, and an email address. Along with this information, the inclusion of the ORCID identifier is recommended.

Individuals who are not listed as authors but have contributed in some way to the development of the work should be acknowledged in a dedicated acknowledgments section placed before the bibliography.

If the preparation of the study has been supported by funding sources, the funding organization and the identification code of the grant must be indicated in an unnumbered initial footnote, referenced with a superscript asterisk placed at the end of the title.

Authors must disclose any commercial, financial, or institutional relationships that may represent a conflict of interest related to the work submitted.

The Association of Archivists of Castile and León assumes no responsibility for the opinions or statements expressed in the articles by their authors.

In addition to these requirements, those submitting a proposal must comply with the authorship specifications outlined in our Ethical Code https://publicaciones.acal.es/tabula/Etico to ensure the integrity and transparency of the publication process, as well as the proper acknowledgment of each author's contribution.
