El fondo documental del Colegio Mayor Diego de Covarrubias: memoria viva de una época

Resumen

En 2008 ingresaron en el Archivo General de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid más de trescientas cajas con documentación procedente del colegio mayor Diego de Covarrubias, de fundación directa por la propia Universidad. Con este artículo se pretende difundir el ingreso de este fondo en el Archivo de la Universidad, exponer su organización, destacar algunas de sus series documentales y subrayar su relevancia para el conocimiento de la vida de esta institución universitaria, que gozó de singular importancia en los años 60 y 70 del siglo XX.

In 2008, the General Archive of the Complutense University of Madrid received a collection composed of more than 300 boxes containing documentation coming from the Hall of Residence Diego de Covarrubias, directly founded by the University itself. This article intends to announce this new acquisition by the Archive of the University, to show its organization, to highlight some of its documentary series and to underline its importance in order to know more about this university institution, which enjoyed singular significance in the sixties and seventies.
